Packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer box. There are no product images and no brand names printed on the outside, and the shipping label carries a neutral sender name.

Where we ship and what it costs

We ship across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping is free on orders over $69. Orders under $69 are charged at checkout, where the exact cost is shown before you pay.

We ship with USPS, DHL and FedEx. The carrier is selected at dispatch based on the destination.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within [CONFIRM: 1–2] business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [CONFIRM: 3–7] business days.

Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
